- Balance Recharge: You may recharge your account balance using available payment methods. The recharged amount, minus any applicable payment processing fees, will be credited to your VoIPStore balance.
- Fees: We reserve the right to deduct any payment processing or service fees from your balance. These fees are non-refundable.

- Data Retention: User data may be deleted upon request or after 30 days of inactivity (defined as no access or a status of "LAST_MONTH" or "USER_BLOCKED" on Telegram).
