Agent Access Addendum — Automated Clients and x402 Payments

Last Updated: September 26, 2026

This Addendum supplements and forms part of the VoIPStore Terms of Service ("Terms"). In case of conflict, this Addendum prevails for the matters it covers.

1. Scope.

This Addendum applies to access to the VoIPStore API (api.voipstore.xyz), including the /agent/v1 endpoints, by automated software clients, bots, scripts or AI agents ("Agent", and the operator responsible for it, "Operator", jointly "you"), and to payments made with the x402 payment protocol in USDC or other supported tokens and networks.

2. Acceptance.

By requesting a quote, creating an order or settling any payment through the API, the Operator accepts these Terms and the VoIPStore Terms of Service on behalf of itself and of the Agent. Acceptance does not require a human signature, an account registration or a Telegram bot account.

3. Service.

The Service offered through the API is the same as offered on the website: purchase of SMS messages and, where available, non-VoIP numbers sourced from legitimate providers. All rules of the Terms apply, including section 7 (Prohibited Uses) in full. We may screen requests, refuse service and block wallets as provided by the Terms and by applicable law (including sanctions screening of wallet addresses).

4. Prices and quotes.

Prices are quoted in EUR and converted to the payment token at the European Central Bank reference rate plus a conversion buffer. Each quote is valid for five (5) minutes and is bound to the quote identifier (X-Quote-Id); the amount actually charged is the one in the accepted quote. We may change prices, limits and available payment networks at any time.

5. Payments.

Payments are made directly onchain through the x402 protocol to the receiving address indicated by the API. Onchain payments are final: we do not issue onchain refunds. An order is created only after the payment is settled and verified; if an order cannot be fulfilled (e.g. no number available) or expires without the message being received, the corresponding amount is automatically credited to the wallet's API balance and can be used for further orders. Requests rejected with a 4xx response do not charge the payment.

6. Limits.

Open orders are limited to two (2) per wallet, enforced automatically. Limits may change as stated in section 4.

7. Availability.

The API is provided "as is" and "as available". We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service; scheduled or emergency maintenance may occur. Section 8 (Service Modifications and Termination), section 6 (Limitation of Liability) and section 9 (Disclaimer) of the Terms apply.

8. Data.

To provide the Service we process technical data of the Agent, including the wallet address, order data and access logs, as described in the Privacy Policy. No personal data of the Operator is required to use the API.

9. Governing law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy; disputes are resolved in the courts of Italy, as provided by the Terms.
