Terms of Service | VoIPStore

1. Introduction

Welcome to VoIPStore ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services—including but not limited to purchasing SMS messages or non-VoIP numbers via our Telegram bot—you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

2. Service Description

VoIPStore provides users with the ability to purchase SMS messages received to non-VoIP numbers, which are sourced from legitimate providers. Users can recharge their account balance via approved payment providers (currently Stripe and NowPayments) and utilize this balance to access our services.

3. User Account and Balance

Account Creation: You must create and maintain an account via our Telegram bot to use the Service.
Balance Recharge: You may recharge your account balance using available payment methods. The recharged amount, minus any applicable payment processing fees, will be credited to your VoIPStore balance.
Fees: We reserve the right to deduct any payment processing or service fees from your balance. These fees are non-refundable.

4. User Data and Privacy

Data Retention: User data may be deleted upon request or after 30 days of inactivity (defined as no access or a status of "LAST_MONTH" or "USER_BLOCKED" on Telegram).
Privacy: We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with applicable laws. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

5. Refunds and Credits

Refund Policy: Once credits have been partially or fully used, refunds are at the sole discretion of VoIPStore staff. Refunds are generally not provided except in cases of technical error or service malfunction.
No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the continued availability or functionality of any purchased SMS, number, or account once credits have been used.

6. Limitation of Liability

No Responsibility: VoIPStore is not responsible for any consequences arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to account bans, suspensions, or restrictions imposed by third-party services.
User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your actions and any outcomes resulting from your use of purchased SMS, numbers, or accounts.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VoIPStore, its owners, affiliates, and staff from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes, including but not limited to:

Violating any applicable laws or regulations
Engaging in spam, phishing, or other malicious activities
Infringing on the rights of third parties

8. Service Modifications and Termination

Service Changes: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.
Account Termination: We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, especially in cases of suspected abuse or violation of these Terms.
